Effective June 14, our phones will be  answered between 9:00am and 11:30am, and 1:30pm and 3:00pm. This change will affect Friday's ONLY.           Our phones will continue to be answered as normal, between 9:00am - 11:30am and 1:30pm-4:30pm, Monday - Thursday.

If you have a medical emergency please go to your nearest emergency department. 

If you require non-emergent medical care please visit our after hours clinic, associated with our office, located at 21 Surrey St, Guelph.
