Norfolk Family Medical is a family physicians office located in the heart of Guelph providing quality and collaborative patient care. Our dedicated doctors, nurses and staff are here to provide you and your family with a respectful, caring environment and are happy to assist you with any questions and concerns you might have.  

Norfolk Family Medical is a teaching clinic and as such you will be seen by Medical Students and/or Residents in partnership with your Family Physician
