Norfolk Family Medical is a family physicians office located in the heart of Guelph providing quality and collaborative patient care. Norfolk Family Medical is a teaching clinic and as such you will be seen by Medical Students and/or Residents in partnership with your Family Physician

Due to hiring challenges within the Guelph Family Health Team, we are unable to offer the extended services of a Nurse Practitioner and Mental Health Counsellor at this time. We will provide an update through our website when these positions have been filled; at this time we do not have a definitive timeline.
